Here's is one of recent food trips together with my wife and kids.....^_^
I know most of you heard and maybe eaten in Mang Inasal...include me also to the numbers of person who dine in this food chain, a grilled type cuisines is one of the most "IN" this time, so most of the fast foodchain serves grilled type dishes nowadays. But there's one foodchain who served both grilled type of chicken and pork dishes. I've seen different branches and food reviews about this foodchain. There are good and bad reviews but most it were positive reaction through their food choices and dishes.....and this will be my firstime to dine in and experience it's grilled cuisines....this fast foodchain is known as..... CHIC-BOY (Chicken and Baboy).......^_^
Here's a brief history about CHIC-BOY, this foodchain is manage by one of the successful restaurant chain in our country, Pier One Bar and Grill....and here it goes...
Having first tried the delicious and tasty lechon manok and lechon liempo in Cebu and the chicken inasal of Bacolod, Pier One Bar and Grill Holdings Corporation saw its business potential and the opportunity to tap into the lechon manok, lechon liempo and chicken inasal industry and therefore, brought the secret recipe to Manila. Chic-Boy opened its first Dine-In Store last May 5, 2010 and began offering its Dine-In store concept for franchise. In just 1 year and 6 months since we opened our first franchised store in Molito Alabang, we have grown into a total of one hundred seven (107) dine-in stores, one hundred three (103) units of which are franchised. Thirty four (34) more franchised stores are under construction.
It was Sunday night, after we attended the mass at Antipolo Cathedral, i decided to have dinner on this foodchain....So i expect that this restaurant is crowded....as we enter inside, boy it was crowded and yet we manage to be given a seat for 5...hehehehe...

After few minutes, my order came...wow it was quite fast, as far as i remember it just take less than 10 minutes when our food been served with the number of person i saw...they really got a quick and pleasant service....1 point.....
That night, we got ourselves, Cebu Lechon Manok and Cebu Lechon Liempo, Chicken Sisig, a single order of Sinigang na Baboy, for appetizer, i've ordered Tokwa't Baboy (php80), and Side orders, Ginisang Kangkong sa Bawang (php35) and of course, i got also dessert, Saba in Syrup (php30) and Halo-halo Special (php75)...i wasn't able to take photos to my other orders because i was busy eating that time when my other order arrived....hehehehehe....^_^

All in all, we had a great dining experience, although the restaurant was really crowded that time, the services and crews were really attentive and very pleasant even if there so busy that time...and of course the food that been served really taste great, and one of the most thing i like, it was served hot....^_^.....the prices was also affordable and they have also a wide range of food choices....^_^

Hello 2012!!!!!....I do expect this year would be more of land travels and most of it will be mountain trips. I really missed trekking and reach every summit of the mountains and the overnight camping specially the "socials at night"....hehehe....Although i do have a one confirmed trip to Leyte this coming April (family trip), that will be my only trip via air and the rest would be via bus, jeep, habal-habal, tricycle or maybe roro transfers...any thing that using land transfers..I do not have a bucket of list that i want to travel but instead it would be a monthly trekking trips in different places and some DIY trips....^_^...
January, 2012 will be ending in few days, i have already visited three towns and two cities.

January 7: Our Destination are a Day Hike Trip to Mt. Talamitam (Sitio, Bayabasan, Nasugbu, Batangas).

Talamitam, this was around 12nn, but the sun was so cooperate to us and it just give us a few sunlight, although we expect that time it would rain because it was a bit cloudy but luckily we trek up, reach the summit and descent after having lunch at the summit, we just encounter few drops of rain.....were really happy that time....hehehehe...(i'll be doing a separate post for climb so watch for it!!!)

After a grueling dayhike of Mt. Talamitam, one of our unexpected side trips is the river of Brgy. Bayabasan known as Layong Bilog River, were we had freshen up and chillax for an hour, before proceeding to our next destination. (i'll be doing a separate post for this river exploration...so watch out for it!!!!)

After being freshen up, we proceed to our next destination. It took us almost 2 hours to reach our sidetrip.
Our walk tour to Town of Taal, Batangas, to visit the "Asia's Biggest Catholic Church known as Taal Basilica" and our Walk to Heritage Village of Taal. (i'll be having separate posts for this walk tours...so watch for it!!!)

January 16: My First Time to See the Famous Waterfalls behind the Famous Folk Song "Tayo na sa Antipolo". The Hinulugang Taktak Falls......(i'll be doing separate story about this falls...so do watch for it!!!)

After visiting the resort/place of our desired reception for our youngest son 1st birthday celebration. It come to my mind that time that i've been living to Antipolo for almost 4 years and i've heard so much about this falls and other spots that can be seen in Antipolo, because of that, together with my wife, i encourage him to go to this falls since my wife last visit is when she was on high school (1st year), but as we reach the park and it's falls my wife told me there's been no changes aside from close swimming pool inside on its park, closed stalls and stores, and an almost abandoned park, but we cited few lovers inside the park....hehehehe...^_^.

As 2011 end, my dreamhouse is almost done, and i wish this year, we could transfer from it, but i hope before we transfer it's already furnished and also we could buy all the necessary things that we will used on our dream house....it's to many to mention.......^_^.

Here's my 2nd wish this year, a telephoto lens (70-300 mm), no matter what's brand but of course, i'm looking for the cheapest brand that is compatible to my cam....^_^. If there's willing to sell their lens like this (syempre dapat in very good condition and mura po!!!) or like to sponsor me to have this dream lens of mine....(meron kaya ?)....

The 2nd gadget on my bucket of wishlist is to own a laptop, i wish to have a laptop not just a notebook but it must have at least the capabilities of a desktop...hehehe...^_^... i will used it as my personal unit of course for blogging, and on my trips.

And last on my wishlist for this year 2012, is to have a healthy and happy life..my kids would be always in good health and also my wife would always give me a go signal on each my trips (hehehehe..wish ko talaga yan..) more travels together with friends and of course with my family....and to finish all of my draft post stories and share it all to you .....(medyo marami po kasi talaga...hehehehe) that would be all....
One more thing pa pala...i hope i could meet any of travel bloggers in the road...^_^.....

2011 has ended, but the memories, places and travel is been part of my life. It was really a jam packed year for me, inspite of having nonstop OT's at work, different travel opportunities together with my travel buddies..."Xplorerboyz" and another set of travel/blogger buddies "Tropang Tits & Pips". It is nice to look back on all of those things...the chance to visit different places. Travelling via plane, bus, jeep, tricycle, habal-habal and small boats and roro transfer. Visit different churches of our country, Chasing of Waterfalls, and Encourage other trippers to make their own blogs to share their own stories. My Greatest Achievements for 2011:
Last March, 2011, my wife gave birth of a bouncing baby boy named as "Gabriel Rein Enzo", youngest of my three adorable kids. My son Gab just have his christening few months ago that happened at Antipolo Cathedral and reception follows at 3B Resthouse.
Last 2010 when me and wife finally decided to purchase a house and lot. Our house is located near Thunderbird Resort (Rizal). After 6 months of paying the equity our house was started and had the chance to visit just last quarter of 2011 and 1st floor was almost done and just last December, together with my wife our house is finally built and ready for turn over and hopefully this year we could already transfer to our dream house were also my brother bought a house and lot too......^_^
I'm proud to say that i've influenced some of my fellow newbie tripper to create their own blogs with their own taste, on how to share something about their self, trips, and etc. Although their all newbie when it comes to blogging, im pretty sure that they do more than what did i do for the past 2 years in blogging.
